Apple Cider Vinegar to Stop Bloating

Do you avoid eating to prevent stomach bloating? Do you crave bread and butter; anything to change the bloating even if it makes it worse. Swelling at the waist, clothes pinching. It can feel like bread dough swelling inside and it’s very different than a bit of belly fat.

Just 1 teaspoon of organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar
mixed in 1/3 cup water or apple juice
and sipped before breakfast.

Simply sip this beverage before your first meal to turn on digestion and stop the bloat. Do not chug apple cider vinegar and it isn’t necessary at every meal. This means we have to strengthen your stomach lining before stimulating strong digestion.

Bloating occurs when food ferments in the stomach instead of digesting. If you have ever left a plastic container of salsa or hummus on the counter overnight, the plastic may be swollen in the morning. That’s because the food is fermenting which expands and creates gas. The same thing is happening in your stomach. Fermentation is creating gas in the stomach which causes bloating.

The solution to stop bloating is to increase stomach acid so it can sterilize and begin breaking down food in the stomach while also helping the whole digestive system to work. When food is efficiently sterilized and digested then all the good nutrients turn into vital energy and a healthy gut.

  • Don’t do this if you are on an acid blocking medication. With your doctors permission we can strengthen digestion enough to remove the acid blocker without discomfort and then use this protocol.
  • Stop doing this if you feel any pain in your rib cage, nausea or discomfort. It should feel good. We simply have to strengthen the stomach before increasing digestive power.
